Ingredients

  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 60 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 60 g suar
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 60 g raisins
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • fat for frying
  • 1 point dessert sauce (vanilla flavor)
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, rum and vanilla sugar. Melt the butter and add it. Add flour, salt and yeast and knead the dough. Wash and add the raisins. Let the dough rise well.
  2. Let the oil get very hot in a saucepan. Shape the dough into small dumplings and fry until golden yellow floating in the fat. Place the baked mice on the vanilla sauce and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
