  • 100 g corn flakes, oranic
  • 50 g nuts, mixed, oranic
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 ml honey
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, organic
  • cinnamon powder, more vanilla, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the muesli, corn flakes and spices well in a bowl. Put all the butter and honey in a large braising or frying pan. When everything is melted add the vanilla sugar. This should caramelize slightly. As soon as the butter and honey mixture foams, add the dry ingredients from the bowl and stir everything evenly so that everything is well distributed. Place the pan in the preheated oven and stir well every 5 minutes. Take the muesli out after approx. 20 minutes or when it is golden brown and let it cool completely. Fill into tight storage containers.
