Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries and Banana

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 3 Pieces
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla Extract – To taste
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Baking powder – 1 pinch
  • Milk – 2 Glasses
  • Oatmeal – 2.5 Cups
  • Frozen blueberries – 230 grams

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
  2. Place 1.5 cups of mashed banana in a bowl, add eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt.
  3. Stir the mixture, then pour in the milk and whisk, add sugar to taste.
  4. Add oatmeal and stir everything.
  5. Pour the oatmeal mixture into a baking dish, then add the blueberries without thawing
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  7. Eat baked oatmeal with cold or warm milk to taste.
