Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Butter for frying and for the form

For the filling:

  • 1 medium apple, sour
  • 250 g quark (curd cheese)
  • sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 handful raisins

For the cast:

  • 200 ml Cremefine for whipping or cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in a little hot water. Whisk the flour with the milk, add the egg and salt and stir well. Let the dough soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat some butter in a pan and fry 4 thicker pancakes one after the other. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes. Drain the raisins. Mix the curd cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar, fold in the apple cubes and raisins.
  4. Spread the filling on the pancakes and roll up. Place the pancakes side by side in a greased baking dish.
  5. Mix the Cremefine with the egg and vanilla sugar and pour over the pancakes, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with vanilla sauce.
