Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g pasta (penne)
  • 200 g cooked ham, diced
  • 1 glass mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 ml red wine, dry
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 200 g Emmentaler, rated
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic, dice them finely and sauté in hot oil until translucent. Add the ham cubes and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper to taste. To sear STH. Add the mushrooms. Deglaze the mixture with red wine, then add the tomato paste. Mix well. Top up with cream.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente and place in a large baking dish. Pour the sauce over it. Cut the mozzarella into slices and cover the casserole with it. Sprinkle with grated Emmentaler cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at around 180 degrees.
  3. Green salad tastes good with it.
