  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wash and halve the peppers, remove the seeds.
  2. Mash the cheese, mix with the yogurt and egg. Pour the cheese mixture into the peppers and place them next to each other on the tray. Drizzle with oil and bake for about 15-20 minutes. (The cheese mass should set.)
