Ingredients

  • 5 bell peppers (pointed peppers)
  • some garlic
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the pointed peppers and remove the core.
  2. Place in an oiled baking dish, season with salt, pepper and garlic and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees, or grill in an aluminum dish in the kettle grill.
