Baked Pollock

A great quick and easy recipe for a family lunch or dinner is baked pollock. Tomatoes are spread on slices of pollock fillets, poured with an egg and the pollock is baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Pollock fillet – 300-400 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 circle
  • Lubricating oil – 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • parsley – 4-5 sprigs
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.

Directions

  1. Wash, cut the fish fillets into slices or strips 4-5 cm thick.
  2. Lubricate the mold with oil. Drizzle with lemon juice and place in a greased fish dish. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Place the sliced ​​tomatoes on top of the fish.
  4. Wash the parsley, chop. Salt and pepper the fish with tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. Pour it over the fish and tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown (30 minutes).
  6. Served with baked pollock with fresh vegetable salad and herbs.
