Ingredients

  • 750 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.25 liter ¼ sweet cream
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into slices and season. Fry briefly on both sides and place in a greased baking dish. Peel the apples, remove the cores and dice. Also fill in the baking dish (the fillet slices should also be covered with apple cubes).
  2. Now mix the cream, tomato paste and tomato ketchup together. Add curry powder and season well with salt and pepper. Pour over the meat. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 40 minutes.
  4. We eat tagliatelle and fresh salad with it.
