Instructions

  1. Cut the pork neck and onions into slices, layer on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. First pork neck, then onion rings. Cover everything with the cheese. Brush the cheese generously with mayonnaise to prevent it from burning. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  2. It goes well with croquettes or potato wedges.
