  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 5 onion (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • rosemary
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, depending on their texture, or just wash them well. Cut into corners and oil in a bowl with rosemary and olive oil. Wash the peppers and carrots, cut into strips, add to the potatoes and also oil them. Then spread out on a baking sheet and season with salt (you don`t have to put all the oil on the sheet).
  2. Peel the garlic and spread it as whole cloves between the vegetables. Peel, slice and mix the onions with rosemary olive oil too, but it`s important that they are on top of the rest. Now put the tray in the oven at 180 ° C for 1-1.5 hours.
  3. Suitable as a side dish for 4 or as a main component for 2 people.
