Instructions

  1. Wash and brush the new potatoes. Halve the potato and place on a greased baking sheet with the cut surface facing down. Melt the butter and brush the potato with it. Now sprinkle the potatoes with the salt and the caraway seeds.
  2. Cook in the preheated oven at 220 ° C top / bottom heat (hot air: 200 ° C) on the middle rack for approx. 45 minutes.
  3. Tip: I had the best result with hot air with bottom heat.
