  • some sunflower oil or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, but do not peel them. Halve lengthways and brush the cut surfaces with a little oil, then salt and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or brush with oil and spread the potatoes on top with the cut surface facing up. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C (convection) for about 12 - 15 minutes, depending on the degree of browning you want.
