Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut eighths and place on a baking sheet. Cut the garlic cloves into small pieces and sprinkle over the potatoes. Also pour the salt, oregano and paprika powder over it. Then drizzle the potato pieces with the oil and lemon juice. Put the tray in the oven at the highest temperature for half an hour, then reduce the heat to approx. 180 ° and let the potatoes brown for another half an hour.
  2. These potatoes are a special treat. With a glass of red wine as a main course, with a salad in front and a dessert as a follow-up. Or with sole with a small salad, no matter these potatoes are a hit!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
