Loose baked potatoes are complemented with a wonderful sour cream sauce with herbs and garlic! A hearty and harmonious dish!
Ingredients
Potatoes – 5 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Ground smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Sour cream – 200 g
Mayonnaise – 50 g
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Fresh dill – 10 g
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Directions
Prepare the necessary food. Choose potatoes about the same size. Rinse the potatoes, pat dry with a towel. Combine vegetable oil with smoked ground paprika and salt, mix. Grease each tuber with spicy oil on all sides.
Wrap each potato in fragrant oil in a layer of foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour, depending on the size of the potatoes. Check the doneness with a wooden skewer – the potatoes should be completely soft.
Combine sour cream with mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, finely chopped dill, salt and black pepper.
Add lemon juice and stir.
Carefully remove the potatoes from the foil, cut the upper part of the tuber. Place 1 tablespoon for each potato. a spoonful of sour cream sauce. The remaining sauce can be served separately.
It is best to serve this dish while the potatoes are hot.
