Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 ½ cup water, possibly salted
  • 2 large red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup brunch paprika hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ pack sheep`s cheese or feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 ¼ pack cheese (gratin cheese)
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Herbs your choice
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Wash the quinoa very hot in a colander to remove the bitter substances. Then pour it into possibly slightly salted boiling water, simmer for approx. 15-20 minutes and then let it swell for another 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, sheep`s cheese, chopped garlic, spices and herbs of your choice and add to the cooled quinoa.
  3. Cut the peppers in half and fill the quinoa and cream cheese mixture into the halves. Scatter gratin cheese and possibly a few chilli flakes on top and bake in a lightly greased pan at 180 ° C until the peppers are slightly brown in color and the cheese is crispy and gratinated.
  4. A light yogurt sauce goes well with it, dressed with salt, pepper, lemon, herbs and a small dash of olive oil.
