  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 6 hash browns, frozen

Instructions

  1. Wash raw schnitzel (pork, turkey or chicken), pat dry and season. Then mix the crème fraîche and cream and spread on the schnitzel. Crumble the defrosted hash browns and place on the schnitzel. Then sprinkle the grated cheese over it. 1/2 hour in the oven at approx. 200 - 225 ° C.
