  • 2 bell peppers, orange
  • 1 onion (s), red, cut into rings
  • salt and pepper

  • 1 yellow pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Halve the sheep cheese in half so that you have two thin slices. Put the first half of it in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Clean the peppers and cut into small strips. Pour half of the pepper strips and the onion rings over the sheep`s cheese. Garnish with salt and pepper to taste. Now pour the second half of the sheep`s cheese over it and spread the remaining strips of paprika and onion rings over it again. Sprinkle again with salt and pepper. Now pour so much olive oil over the whole thing that the olive oil is about half a centimeter high in the pan.
  3. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven at 190 ° C and leave it for about 15 minutes. It is important that the pepper strips become soft in the process. You may want to leave the sheep`s cheese in the oven a little longer, but not so long that it crumbles. Serve immediately.
