Ingredients

  • 350 g spahetti
  • 0.5 ½ pack tomato (s), happened
  • 400 ml Hollandaise light sauce (ready-made or homemade)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, mild
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon fondor
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, white and black
  • 3 dashes Tabasco
  • 4 liters water
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup, (curry ketchup)
  • 2 bags cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. First cook the spaghetti in the water according to the instructions. To do this, add the two tablespoons of salt.
  2. Then briefly sauté the garlic clove (whole, not cut into small pieces) in a preheated pan together with the finely cut onions. Then turn the temperature down to medium and add the minced meat.
  3. Now season the mince and fry it brown.
  4. Before adding the tomatoes, remove the clove of garlic. Now pour in the tomatoes and the hollandaise sauce and mix well with the ketchup.
  5. Then put the spaghetti at the bottom in a baking dish and pour the minced meat sauce over it.
  6. Now cover everything well with cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
