Ingredients

  • 750 g spinach leaves
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 garlic
  • 40 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 250 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach and cut off the stalks. Peel the onion and garlic. Finely chop the onion. Mash the garlic with salt and sauté both in the hot butter. Add the spinach and sauté for 5 minutes. Take it off the stove. Grease the fireproof pan and pour in half of the spinach. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with the rest of the spinach. Then comes cheese again. Then put in the preheated oven. Baking time: 10 minutes Electric stove: 220 degrees Gas stove: Level 5 Remove and serve immediately.
  2. Side dish: scrambled eggs with chives
