Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast or turkey breast
  • 3 small zucchini
  • 3 small carrot (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry and season with the spices, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Slice the zucchini and carrot and drain the mushrooms. Finely dice the onion. Then fry the vegetables with the onions in the frying fat for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Now put the meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream, season and pour over the meat and vegetable mixture, then spread the grated cheese over it and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 °.
  4. Rice, potatoes and pasta also taste good.
