Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 6 tomato (s), diced
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 150 g tacos
  • 500 ml sauce (salsa)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Fry the minced meat in the oil in a pan and season to taste.
  2. In a baking dish, first layer the chopped and cleaned lettuce, then the tomatoes, then the diced onions. Now put the tacos on top (you may need to crush them in the unopened pack beforehand), then the seared meat.
  3. The salsa sauce is spread over it. Spread the crème fraiche over this. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake the whole thing for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  4. The salad is billed as a side dish!
