Ingredients

  • 6 medium tomato (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 400 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the tomatoes, cut side up, place them in a baking dish.
  2. Pour olive oil, chopped garlic and spices on top, sprinkle the diced feta on top.
  3. Place in the oven for about 30 minutes at 160 degrees and sprinkle with parsley shortly before the end, possibly adding a little olive oil.
  4. With fresh baguette.
