Ingredients

  • 6 tomato (s), ripe
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • Oil for greasing
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi or balsamic vinegar
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Place in a greased baking dish with the cut side up. Season with pepper, salt, basil and Maggi or balsamic vinegar. Cut the mozzarella into large slices and place on top. Put this in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on how brown you want the cheese to be.
  3. Pasta with a cheese or cream sauce goes well with it.
