Delicate zucchini cubes baked in crispy cheese breading are a great snack. These zucchini are great to serve with a garlic sauce based on mayonnaise and sour cream.

Ingredients
Zucchini – 1 pc.
Hard cheese – 100 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Wheat flour – 100 g
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
For the sauce:
Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Garlic powder – 1/3 teaspoon
Directions
Prepare all food. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the egg lightly, salt and pepper.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix with half the flour and breadcrumbs.
Cut the courgettes into small cubes. Young zucchini need not be peeled.
Dip each zucchini bite in flour.
Dip the zucchini into the egg mixture.
Then roll in cheese breading. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake the zucchini in the oven at 180 degrees until browning, about 40 minutes.
For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder.
Serve the baked zucchini in cheese breading with cooked garlic sauce.
