Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 slice / n toast bread
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthways and hollow out.
  2. Peel the onion, dice finely. Sweat in butter with oregano. Add the pulp of the zucchini, season with salt. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Peel off the garlic clove, press. Debark the bread and dice finely. Roughly crumble the cheese. Mix the creme fraiche with the cheese, garlic, zucchini mixture and bread, pepper and pour into the zucchini halves. Baked until golden yellow for 20-25 minutes.
