• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 tablespoon water
• 2 Table spoons milk

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and shake well.
2. The dressing goes perfectly with a large mixed salad, e.g., also with feta cubes.
