Ingredients

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 2 teaspoons honey, more liquid
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Chili powder from the mill

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well until it has a creamy consistency. Then put on the salad of your choice just before serving. Depending on your taste, you can take a little more or less of each ingredient.
  2. It actually tastes best with rocket with tomatoes, brown mushrooms and delicious freshly grated Parmesan. With fresh baguette - a great summer meal is ready.
