Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • sugar
  • some mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Wash, core and roughly chop the tomato, peel a piece of cucumber, core and cut into pieces, peel and roughly chop the onion as well.
  2. Put everything in a container and finely chop with the hand blender. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, add a small dash of olive oil and enough balsamic vinegar so that the sauce tastes pleasantly sweet and sour. Season very carefully with mustard, the mustard must not be tangible.
  3. Thoroughly puree the vinaigrette again with the hand blender and whisk.
