Banana Almond Shake

A fragrant dessert made from bananas and yogurt, with orange juice and almonds.

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Yogurt – 100-150 g
  • Orange juice – 1 glass
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Crushed almonds – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cane sugar – to taste
  • Nutmeg – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the bananas.
  2. Transfer the bananas to a blender bowl. Add almonds.
  3. Pour in orange juice.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Pour in yogurt.
  6. Add honey.
  7. Beat again.
  8. Pour the shake into a glass. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Bon Appetit!
