  • 250 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas and freeze. Put the apple juice, cinnamon and ginger in the blender or food processor and mix briefly. Add the frozen bananas and puree until creamy.
  2. Divide the mixture between 2 glasses and enjoy.
