Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a deep plate with a fork to a pulp. The riper the banana, the easier it is to mash it. Besides, it’s cuter then. Then add the eggs and mix everything well to form a dough.
  2. If you like, you can stir in a little baking powder, then the pancakes will rise more and look more like pancakes and add a little flavor. I like it best with a little vanilla flavor. But that`s a matter of taste.
  3. Finally, fry the batter on both sides in a pan and you are ready to eat super easy, delicious pancakes.
