Banana and Kiwi Cream

• 0.5 ½ apple
• 1 banana (s)
• 2 kiwi (s)
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 1 cup pudding (cream), vanilla flavor, 200 g
• 100 g quark
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• Macadamia nuts, or walnuts

Instructions

1. Peel the fruit and cut into cubes, put everything in a bowl, drizzle with a little lemon juice. Pour the cream pudding over the fruit and stir gently with the quark until the pudding is mixed with the quark, then fold into the fruit. Season with vanilla sugar, fill into dessert glasses and garnish with nuts.
