Ingredients
- 1 banana (s)
- 3 kiwi (s)
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 50 g quark, 20%
- 50 g natural yourt
- 1 tablespoon forest honey

- Peel the banana and cut into large pieces. Do the same with the kiwi fruit.
- Pour everything into a tall mixing bowl and drizzle the lemon juice over it. Add the quark, yoghurt and honey and puree finely with the blender.
- Pour into a glass, garnish and serve.
