Ingredients

  • 1 banana (s)
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 100 ml milk, organic, 3.8%, (other milk works the same way)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the natural yoghurt, milk and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Quarter the banana and add to the bowl. Puree with the blender. Now add the frozen raspberries and puree again.
  2. Fill the smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
