Ingredients

  • 2 apples, tart ones
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 natural yogurt (whole milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Mint or lemon balm for garnish

Instructions

  1. First you peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut the quarters crosswise into fine slices. Now you have to mix them with the lemon juice immediately so that they don`t turn brown.
  2. Now you peel the bananas, cut them into thin slices and add them to the apples. Scatter the chopped hazelnuts on top and mix them gently.
  3. Mix the yogurt, honey, cinnamon and cream into a creamy sauce and pour it over your salad.
  4. Serve garnished with mint or lemon balm leaves.
  5. Tip: Crunchy wholemeal biscuits taste very good with them.
