- 2 banana (s)
- 150 g berries, fresh or frozen, mixed (strawberries / raspberries / blackberries / blueberries / currants )
- 3 tablespoon sugar

- For now, briefly mix about half of the cold milk with the 2 bananas and berries until the bananas and berries are crushed and the milk froths slightly. Finally add the rest of the milk and sugar and mix well.
- Tip: For frozen berries, either mix them deep-frozen or briefly defrost them at room temperature or in a water bath (preferably so that they still stay cold).
