Ingredients

  • 300 g natural yohurt, 3.8% fat
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 200 g berries, (currants, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Put the mentioned ingredients in a blender to puree them. You can combine berries yourself as you wish. Then pour into 2 250ml glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Add approx. 75 ml of water if the smoothie is too thick!
  3. Tip in winter:
  4. Berry mix from the freezer!
