100 g butter
200 g wholemeal spelled flour

Instructions

Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or take it out of the refrigerator in good time before baking so that it is room temperature.
Chop the banana in a bowl with a fork or potato masher. Stir in the softened butter. Weigh in the flour and knead everything into a dough. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° hot air. Take out the baking sheet beforehand.
Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick. Use a knife to cut strips about 1 - 1.5 cm wide into the dough. Divide the strips so that they are easy to handle (4 - 5 cm long). Arrange them side by side on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
The biscuits can of course also be cut out normally. You can also add grated zucchini or carrots.
I gave the cookies to my daughter from 6 months and she loves them.
