Delicate fruit and berry cocktail with yogurt, ice cream, and nuts will fill you with energy and will be an excellent refreshing breakfast or snack on a hot day.

Ingredients
Milk – 500 ml
Unsweetened yogurt – 125 g
Ice cream – 100 g
Bananas – 2 pcs.
Blueberries – 50 g
Honey – 1 tbsp
Walnuts (optional) – 3-5 pcs.
Ice – 3-5 cubes
Directions
Peel the bananas and cut them into arbitrary pieces. We release the walnut kernels from the shell. If desired, peeled nuts can be fried for a couple of minutes in a dry hot frying pan – this will enhance their aroma.
Wash the blueberries, dry them and combine with bananas and nuts in a chopper bowl. Add vanilla ice cream or another ice cream of your choice.
Add yogurt and honey. Grind. Pour in cold milk and add ice cubes. Beat again.
Serve banana-blueberry smoothie with ice cream and nuts to the table.
