Ingredients

  • 350 ml vodka
  • 500 ml juice (banana juice or other thick fruit juice)
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar
  • 300 g yourt (0.1% fat)
  • 300 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the vodka with the banana juice, sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold the yogurt into the mixture. Then whip the cream and fold in carefully. Fill everything into bottles and shake well.
  2. If stored in a cool place, it can be kept for about 1 week, but shake it every now and then.
  3. The recipe makes about 2 liters.
