Banana Bread (Banana Muffin)

Ingredients
- Bananas – 3 pcs.
- Butter – 100 g
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 150 g
- Flour – 220 g
- Soda – 1 teaspoon.
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom – 2 pcs.
- Pistachios (salted) – 50 g
- Almond extract – a couple of drops
- Orange – 1 pc.
Directions
- Add sugar and mix everything.
- Roll the pistachios with a rolling pin so that they are chopped.
- Combine flour, salt, soda and all spices in a separate bowl, except cardamom.
- In another bowl, mix 2 eggs and melted butter. Also add the orange zest to it.
- We combine liquid and bulk ingredients and bananas. We mix everything. Let’s add nuts there. And a couple of drops of almond essence.
- Remove the seeds from the cardamom and crush them. Then add to the dough.
- Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake out excess flour and add dough. Then put the banana bread in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 175 degrees.
- Remove the bread from the mold and slice. Serve banana bread with jam for your tea.
