Ingredients

  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour, luten-free (e.. chickpea flour)
  • 5 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 25 g butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and flour thoroughly together until a light batter is formed. Cut the bananas into pieces and fold into the batter. Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into the pan. Cut the butter into small pieces and spread on the dough.
  2. Bake at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) in a preheated oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown. The cake tastes very tasty when it is still warm, but is also a pleasure cold.
  3. Chickpea flour tastes very green and floury when it is not yet baked. That`s why the raw dough is not really tasty. But that vanishes when baking. The stick test (prick the baked cake with a wooden stick - if no dough sticks, the cake is done) is also important so that the dough is really well baked.
