Instructions

  1. The preparation is very simple. Put all the ingredients in the blender. The cinnamon should be kept so low that you don`t consciously taste it. Otherwise it will be too Christmassy.
  2. No additional sugar needs to be added. If necessary, the sweetness can be controlled via the honey or the ice cream. If ripe bananas (already beginning dark spots) are used, it should definitely be sweet enough. Then mix the whole thing for a few seconds until foam forms. When the milk and cream come out of the refrigerator and the ice out of the freezer, the drink is right at drinking temperature.
  3. Tip: With a banana milkshake you can also prepare overripe bananas that are no longer suitable for direct consumption.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
