Ingredients

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, brown
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 medium banana (s)
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 50 ml oil (almond oil)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 20 g bakin cocoa
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 50 g stevia

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven. Only use stevia when needed, if it`s not sweet enough.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, take it off the stove and let it cool down. Mash the bananas with a fork. Beat the eggs with stevia, banana, salt and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then slowly stir in the liquid dark chocolate and the oil.
  3. Finally mix the baking cocoa, baking powder and cornstarch and fold into the batter.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased tart pan and bake for about 20 - 25 minutes at 175 degrees top and bottom heat. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down completely, as it is still relatively runny in the middle.
