Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 5 banana (s), fully ripe
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • some powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs well one by one.
  2. Peel the bananas, mash them finely with a fork and stir in with the whipped cream and rum. Mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut and fold in.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased bundt cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
  4. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
