Ingredients

  • 1 kg banana (s), sliced
  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 1 liter coffee, boiled, black, possibly sweetened
  • 600 g suar, brown
  • 4 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and let it boil. Remove the heat and keep cooking until the bananas are really soft - puree them if necessary. Then continue to reduce until everything is thick. It can take a while. Important: Don`t forget to stir, as the mixture will burn easily.
  2. Then pour into prepared glasses, screw on and turn upside down.
  3. Tastes great on fresh rolls.
