An uncommon nutritious smoothie with an invigorating coffee aroma makes for a wonderful breakfast or even a complete dessert. A thick base of bananas, yogurt, and coffee goes well with delicate curd-coconut balls. Great start to the day!
Cook: 20 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
For smoothies:
Banana – 1 pc.
Yogurt – 250 g
Coffee (ground) – 1 teaspoon
Water – 50 ml
Ground cinnamon – to taste
For balls:
Cottage cheese – 2 tbsp
Coconut flakes – 1 tbsp
Ripe banana (optional) – 1 pc.
For decoration:
Cocoa powder – 0.5 teaspoon
Directions
Peel the banana and cut it into slices. In a saucepan or Turk, bring 50 ml of water to a boil. Pour in a teaspoon of ground coffee and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then we filter the freshly brewed coffee through a sieve and cool it.
Combine yogurt, coffee, banana, and a pinch of ground cinnamon in a blender bowl. Beat until smooth. Add sugar if desired (to taste).
Combine cottage cheese with coconut and form small balls. If the curd is too dry and the mass does not hold its shape, add chopped ripe banana.
Pour the coffee smoothie with banana into portioned containers, immerse the curd-coconut balls, lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder on top.
