This banana-based smoothie turns out to be tender, soft, and sweet, and the coffee that is part of it perfectly complements the taste of this drink. Banana coffee smoothie with condensed milk is very easy and quick to prepare.
Cook: 10 minutes
Servings: 1
Ingredients
Banana soft – 1 pc.
Condensed milk – 2 tbsp
Milk – 50 ml
Water – 70 ml
Instant coffee – 1 teaspoon.
Black chocolate (for decoration) – 1 piece
Directions
Dissolve coffee in hot water or boiling water and cool it to room temperature. Instead of instant coffee, you can use ground coffee by brewing it in 50-60 ml of water (only the finished coffee will need to be separated from the coffee grounds so that the grounds do not get into the smoothie).
Remove the peel from the banana, and cut the fruit into pieces of a size that can be chopped in a blender.
Grate a small piece of chocolate on a very fine grater. It will take a couple of pinches of grated chocolate to decorate the finished drink with them.
Transfer the banana slices to a blender bowl or glass, in which you will beat the ingredients with a blender, and add coffee to the banana. Pour milk into the coffee with a banana.
Add the last ingredient – condensed milk (you need to take two flat tablespoons of condensed milk). If your banana was small, then you can add a little less condensed milk so that the smoothie does not come out sugary.
Whisk all ingredients with a blender. Pour the smoothie into a cup and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
A delicious drink is ready.
