- 1 cup quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- possibly honey if necessary

- Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces.
- Put the bananas, low-fat quark, plain yoghurt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Puree with a hand blender until the whole thing is smooth. Possibly add honey if you like. Chill until ready to eat.
